[Name of First Party], and [Name of Second Party] relieve, release, discharge, and unencumber one another, as well as any heirs and assigns of either party, from any and all claims, liabilities, or obligations incurred by one to the other from the beginning of all time to the date of this contract.
FURTHERMORE, neither party to this contract, nor their heirs and assigns, may bring suit against the other pertaining to remuneration of any of the terms agreed upon in this contract.
